At Mary's Tanks, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your shapewear, which is why we offer our 30-Day Perfect Fit Guarantee.

If the size you ordered isn’t quite right, we’ll send you one replacement size free of charge within 30 days of delivery.

How It Works

  • You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a free size replacement,
  • Simply email us at info@mary-tanks.com with your order number and the size you’d prefer,
  • There’s no need to return your original item, keep it, gift it, or wear it around the house,

This guarantee applies once per order and is designed to make finding your perfect fit easy and stress-free.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order when it arrives, and if your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at info@mary-tanks.com and we’ll sort it out promptly.

Non-Eligible Items

The Perfect Fit Guarantee does not apply to:

  • Sale or clearance items,
  • Gift cards,
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care,

Refunds

As we provide a complimentary replacement for sizing issues, refunds are generally not offered for incorrect sizing,

If a refund is approved for another valid reason, it will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval and inspection,

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact info@mary-tanks.com
